Scheduling an appointment for your pet whether it is a wellness exam or medical concern exam is very important. We want to make sure pet owners are aware of the most effective way to get your pet in to be seen with Dr. Branch. Here are a few helpful hints:
- For annual wellness exams with vaccinations, call us 1 month prior to needing that appointment.
- For non-emergent medical concerns, call us and we will let you know our first available appointment for that.
- For emergent appointments we offer same day appointments. Those are on a first come first serve basis. We do book them quickly each morning , so call us as soon as a receptionist is there right at 7:30 am.
- If all of our appointments are booked for the day but your pet needs to be seen, call us and we can offer a drop off. Dr. Branch and the technicians will assess your pet in between appointments and then we will give you a call when you can pick them up.
- We are appointment based only due to how busy we are so we don't typically do walk ins. Of course if there is a super urgent matter just come in. Call us when you are on the way so we can be prepared.
- Routine surgeries like spays, neuters, and dentals schedule out 2-3 months so plan ahead.
- Dr. Branch does have emergent surgery spots available as he sees necessary.
